- Choice of 12, 24, or 36 month terms provide medium or longer term options so your money grows the way you want it to.
- Interest is paid 3 monthly so you get regular income, or the benefit of more regular compound interest.
- Minimum deposit only $1,000, Maximum $500,000.
- You can add additional funds to your deposit at any time during the term. Minimum amount is $1,000, Maximum amount is $250,000.

- At any time during the term you can convert your deposit to a fixed rate term. Term must be equal to or longer than the existing term. This allows you to lock into the fixed rate if you think that market rates were going to fall significantly in the time ahead.
- There are no fees with a CBS Top Rate Term Deposit.
- When you deposit your funds initially you will be issued with a term deposit certificate.
- Just prior to your term deposit maturing you will receive a maturity advice notice, indicating that you have options on maturity to re-invest your money, transfer it to another account or withdraw your funds.
