Our CBS Advantage Home Loan allows you to borrow for any reason including buying or building a home, additions or alterations, refinancing, the purchase of motor vehicles, boats, caravans, household chattels, overseas trips or purchasing investment property.

At CBS Canterbury we pride ourselves on personal service.  We like to be able to meet with our clients and to be able to view the property we are lending on.

To apply for a Home Loan please contact our Lending Team.  Staff will assist you to complete the application form.  Once all information is received, an answer will normally be available within 24 hours.

As a guide applicants will require a 10% - 20% deposit and servicing should not exceed 30% of gross income/s.  Applications outside of this criteria will be assessed individually.
