Farming
Funds are available for farm lending on a first mortgage basis, up to a maximum of 60% of the registered valuation (or such lower figure as the valuer may recommend) and servicing criteria.
Properties above 20 hectares in size are classified as farm properties.
Lending is normally within Canterbury region only, but may be considered outside of that for existing clients.
