CBS Commercial

Funds are available for commercial property lending on a first mortgage basis over commercial property as security.

The maximum loan amount available is up to 60% of the registered valuation of the commercial freehold security, or such lower figure as the valuer may recommend.

Lending is subject to CBS's rental and tenancy income criteria if appropriate, or other business or private income by assessment.
