Funds are available for Commercial property lending based on first mortgage security over Commercial property securities.

The maximum loan amount available is up to 60% of the registered valuation of the Commercial freehold security, or such lower figure as the valuer may recommend.

Lending is generally available for properties within the Canterbury region, but may be considered outside of this for existing clients.

Lending is subject to CBS Canterbury rental and tenancy income criteria if appropriate, or other business or private income by assessment.
